These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and ZDL, LLC, which operates inmoney (“we”). They cover your account, inmoney-data and Desk. By creating an account or using them, you accept these terms and our privacy page. Questions go to support@inmoney.io.
What inmoney is
inmoney provides software and data for your own research. It is not a broker and does not give investment advice. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and an AI’s answer can be wrong even when the data is right: check what matters before you act. Your decisions, and every order sent from your account, are yours.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give an email address you control. An account is for one person. Keep your password and keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with them. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
The free plan
The free plan includes a monthly number of inmoney-data calls, shown on the site. There is no charge. We may change what the plan includes; we say so on the site before the change applies.
Desk
Desk is an early version. It runs on your computer under its own licence, which comes with it. The AI model you connect to Desk is provided by someone else under their own terms; we do not control what it writes.
Fair use
Do not resell or republish inmoney data in bulk, share your keys, get around plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and we tell you why when we can.
No warranty, limited liability
inmoney is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ZDL, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months and US$100.
Ending and changes
You can stop using inmoney at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may change or end the service; when we can, we tell you by email first. If these terms change, we update the date at the top and tell you by email; using inmoney after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ZDL, LLC is organized and the federal law of the United States.
