Who we are
inmoney is operated by ZDL, LLC (“we”). This page covers inmoney.io, your account at account.inmoney.io, inmoney-data and Desk. Questions and requests go to support@inmoney.io.
What we keep about you
- Your account: your email address, a name if you gave one, your password stored only as a hash, the date you joined, and the country you signed up from, as Cloudflare reports it for that request (we keep only the country, not the IP address, for this).
- Sign-ins: each signed-in session, with the IP address and browser it came from.
- Devices and keys: the devices you connect to your account, their names and the keys issued to them.
- Plan usage: how many calls you have left this month, and who invited you, if anyone.
- Support: messages you send us, the emails we send you, and notes we make while helping you.
inmoney-data
When you or your AI call an inmoney-data tool, your key identifies your account so the call counts against your plan. To answer, the service reads what the call asks for, such as a symbol. For each call we record the tool’s name, whether it worked, how long it took and how large the answer was. We do not record what the call asked for.
Desk, on your computer
Desk keeps your conversations, research and settings on your computer, in the folder ~/.inmoney-desk, and your keys in your system keychain. They are not sent to us, and Desk sends us no usage reports.
Desk sends your questions and what it read to the AI model you choose: Anthropic, OpenAI, another address you set, or Claude Code or Codex on your own sign-in. That provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what it receives. Desk calls inmoney-data with your key, and your account, to answer.
Services we use
Everything we run is hosted on Cloudflare, which also sends our email. When you create an account, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person; it receives your IP address for that check.
We use no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. account.inmoney.io sets a sign-in cookie, which keeps you signed in, and a lang cookie, which remembers your language for a year.
How long we keep it
Invitation and password-reset links stop working when they expire and are removed after 30 days. Sign-in rate limits are removed within two days. Your account data is kept while your account is open.
To delete your account, write to support@inmoney.io from your account’s email address. Within 30 days we delete your account, sign-ins, devices, keys and usage. We keep records of emails we sent you, support conversations and changes we made to your account for as long as we need them for security and our legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us at support@inmoney.io for a copy of what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it. inmoney is not meant for anyone under 18.
If this page changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use what we already keep, we email you first.
